
LightRocket Media Manager has been built for easy intuitive use, making light of the otherwise challenging task of Digital Asset Management. But there will be times when you need help or just some advice. Our comprehensive support policy is designed to give you the confidence that help is always at hand. And to ensure you always get the most from our system, we're offering standard upgrades and enhancements as an integral part of our support packages.
Our license fee includes 12 months of support. Using LightRocket Media Manager's built-in online help system you will find that many answers to your question are just a click away. But if you do need to ask a question or discuss an issue with a member of our team, we'll always be happy to help.
As you move into the second year, we recommend subscribing to our optional Ongoing Support Package.
If you decide not to subscribe to our Ongoing Support Package you’ll still be able to call our primary support team for advice and tips on how to manage your media files but you won’t receive any standard upgrades and enhancements. And if you do encounter a problem and require support, we'll invoice you according to our standard service fees.
LightRocket Media will periodically release information regarding innovations, performance enhancements and upgrades to the LightRocket Media Manager system. If you do not subscribe to the Ongoing Support Package, these standard upgrades will be available for an additional fee. The price of an upgrade will be calculated in relation to the extent, complexity and perceived value of the upgrade being proposed.
